All Contrast Crown™ wigs, toppers, halos, accessories, and custom hair pieces are final sale.

Due to the custom-crafted, hygienic, and personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Each piece may be customized, cut, refined, styled, prepared, or ordered specifically for the client. By completing checkout, you acknowledge and agree that your order is final sale.

Minor adjustment or refinement support may be available within 7 days of confirmed delivery. Requests must be submitted within this timeframe and may include fit guidance, light styling support, light refinement recommendations, or care guidance.

Contrast Crown™ is not responsible for improper care, damage caused by third-party alterations, color changes made after delivery, normal wear over time, or issues caused by incorrect measurements or information provided by the client.
