Because every piece is professionally customized prior to shipment, current turnaround time is approximately 4–6 weeks depending on customization needs and order volume.

Yes. We offer refinement support within 7 days of confirmed delivery to help ensure the best possible fit and experience. Examples may include minor styling refinements, light fit adjustments, light color toning/refinement, and wear and care guidance.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
