Custom Order Policies & Timeline

Custom handcrafted orders require approximately 8 weeks from the date of final specification approval and payment. We do not provide guaranteed delivery dates prior to dispatch to ensure our rigorous artisan quality checks are met.

All custom orders are strictly Final Sale once artisan construction begins. Because the piece is custom-ventilated, sized, and colored specifically for you, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.
